Lead times

• Stock items: typically despatched within a few business days of payment
• Customized orders: production time depends on quantity, packaging and tooling
• Urgent orders: tell us your event date and we will confirm what is achievable

Shipping terms

• FOB — you arrange freight from our port
• CIF — we cover freight and insurance to your destination port
• DDP — we handle freight, duties and customs clearance to your door

Packaging

Candles are packed for export in cartons sized for the range, with inner protection on glass and moulded items. Master carton dimensions, gross weight and CBM are confirmed on the proforma invoice so you can plan container loading.

Before you book

Sea freight is the norm for volume orders; air freight is available when a deadline demands it. Confirm your delivery date with us in writing before booking a venue or an event date around it.
