Storage & export packaging
We use shockproof and moistureproof export-grade packaging. Sea freight goods are palletized to reduce damage during long-distance transportation, with premium corrugated cartons securing candles in transit. Glass and ceramic candles receive extra protection with individual boxes, bubble wrap and foam padding. Corner protectors are available on request.

Lead time & delivery
- Sample orders: 3–10 working days
- Stock items: typically dispatched within 5–7 days of payment

We offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms, with FCL or LCL shipments subject to order volume. Air freight and express delivery are available for time-sensitive orders. DDP service can cover shipment, customs clearance and formalities through to your designated address.
