MOQ for custom work

Customization carries a higher minimum than stock because of tooling and setup, but we keep it deliberately low so new collections stay viable. Adapting an existing mould with new colours or packaging is the fastest and lowest-MOQ route.

What is your MOQ?+
Stock products can support smaller trial orders, such as one carton. Customized candle orders may require a higher MOQ because of moulding and setup costs. The exact MOQ depends on the product and customization requirements.
How long is the lead time for a mass order?+
Mass-order production typically takes 15–30 days, depending on the customization details.
Can the sample fee be refunded?+
The sample fee can be refunded once your order value reaches USD 10,000, or applied as a partial deposit toward your next order.
